Who are we?
Optius was started by friends Benjamin Heco, Sebastian Lomborg Marshall, and Goran Lisak, with the ambition of providing people with a simple tool to take control of their finances, health, and climate into their own hands.

Optius is today the leading spending app, helping tens of thousands of users with a free and automatic overview of their spending. Whether the focus is on personal finances or health, Optius inspires insightful choices.

During the development of Optius, one of our founders, Sebastian, realized that he was spending more than 900 DKK per year on plastic bags, which quickly resulted in him switching to reusable bags, as that money is better spent elsewhere.
